I had the same problem as Michelv – which was solved by firmware update (From 3 to 4).However-
1. few of these spectrum analyzers have stopped working after a while.2. One has even stopped working immediately after completing firmware update- its led doesn’t turn on and it’s not recognized by the computer/Spike software.
Furthermore, the device manager refreshes repeatedly while it’s connected to the computer.What do you suggest? Are those problems familiar?
