RadioInspector software supports a simultaneus work of two BB60C with same PC.
One of instruments will provide uninterruptible scanning of frequency range and second one will analyze, classify and demodulate signal of interest the same time.
AlexgorParticipantI recommend to get acquainted with RadioInspector software that provides collecting and storing all information about signals gained through spectrum monitoring and analysis. Software stores information in database files for postponed analysis as well.
AlexgorParticipantAlexgor March 28, 2018 at 12:58 am in reply to: RF Directional Finding using a Signal Hound Real Time SANo problem, you just need RadioInspector RT + Geo option, which allows you to bind GPS coordinates with obtained data. For direction finding we recommend use antennas with electronic compass like R&S HE400 that supported by our software.
Goe option supports OpenStreet Maps and direct downloading to the application.
RadioInspector RP can provide delayed analysis and build a distribution of the electromagnetic field.
AlexgorParticipantSorry, tha file was too big, so i’ve reduced it a bit.

AlexgorParticipantHello Sinisa,
Why are you so worried about 3D waterfall? It’s just a feature for convenient spectrum view…
You’ll just have a picture similar to the attached screenshot.
AlexgorParticipantHi Charles,
Developer’s web site is radioinspector.com
IQprocess is affordable for free yet, just give me a direct link and I’ll send it to you.
Or, ask SH team to share this programm as third party software and can send it to them. Meanwhile, you can download it from AOR web site: http://www.aorja.com/support/radioinspector.eu/IQ_Process.html
AlexgorParticipantHello Gaetano,
you can use RadioInspector RT + RP + Geo option.
In this case you will have maesurements that correctly binded with GPS coordinates and Open street Maps.
AlexgorParticipantG4GUO, you can save IQ data with SH BB60C an then open it in IQProcess program to study this data in this program. You can also draw a constellation of intercepted signal.
More over, you can cut a part of intercepted signal with the bandwidth you need and place a new IQ data file to RadioInspector for the further analyzis and even demodulation of digital standard signals like DMR, TETRA and APCO25.
In the middle of 2018 they will roll out a software demodulation of DVB-T2!
AlexgorParticipantAlexgor February 4, 2018 at 1:49 pm in reply to: RF Directional Finding using a Signal Hound Real Time SAYes, we use it in common with amplitude direction finding antennas with electronic compass and GPS receiver.
We use software RadioInspector RT with Geo options that allows to download open street maps directly from Internet.- AuthorPosts
