Justin CrooksModeratorYou have firmware version 2.10. Unfortunately, to upgrade to 2.11, you will have to send it in to us. I believe it is a free upgrade, but you must pay shipping. Contact support @signalhound .com for assistance.
ayssidParticipantHello Justin,
My workplace has another one with serial number 41690068, does it still have firmware version 2.10 ?
and does SA44B already has the latest firmware if I buy a new SA44B right now ?I cannot find firmware version in the product data sheet.
Thanks,
AndrewModeratorHello ayssid,
If you have our Spike software installed on a Windows PC, you can see the firmware version of a connected device on the right hand side of the status bar.
Also, new SA44B units will ship with firmware version 2.11.
