Thanks for creating this forum (as you and I discussed many moons ago). Much better than using Facebook!

I just inadvertently stumbled upon the new Spike software yesterday. Perhaps you could send a notice to your entire customer list letting them know that there is a (wonderful) new software package that will make their lives much easier than using the older software.

Also, Spike seems to have many posts in many parts of several forums. Perhaps Spike now warrants its own sub-forum? This would make it easier to follow all of the Spike discussions.

Thanks again for a great hardware, and now software solution!

Hello MikeH,

As of Spike version 3.0.10, the software now tells you when there is a new version available and provides a link to the download page. You will see the notification on the right hand side of the status bar (lower right). For this to work, your PC must be connected to the internet on program startup.

I think a Spike sub-forum would be a good idea.

Thanks AJ. I was actually saying that I did not know Spike existed until yesterday. There could be many SH customers out there still using the old application.

Thank you for clarifying, I read that incorrectly. That is a good idea, and I think we contemplated sending out a mass email at one time, not sure if we ever committed to it.
