I have been facing issue with the TG124A.
The spike software hangs ( shows not responding) when I connected TG124A with SA124B & also in TGStandalone appears as same.
So, I have checked VSG60A connecting with SA124B. It is working fine now.
Also I have reinstalled the spike software as well as USB drivers but still facing the issue ( displaying as NOT responding at the top of the software window)
Please advise on nature of the issue & what can be done to remedy this.
