asteraledParticipantHi,
we use SA44B (s/n 21650402) with Spike on two different PCs. On one it works well, on the other (Win8.1,64bit) we get no measurements on Spike. Signal level is permanently on maximium, sw and drivers are newest version.
Any idea?
Thanks,

AndyParticipantLooks like the supply voltage from the affected PC is too low, Bernhard.

asteraledParticipantThanks Andy, we used a powered hub, supply voltage is OK now, but didn’t solve the problem.

AndrewModeratorHello Asteraled,
My guess is that the calibration file didn’t get pulled from the device properly on the PC for some reason, potentially due to the low voltage problem you saw before switching to the hub, lets try replacing the cal files. Go to this folder on the ‘good’ PC,
C:/ProgramData/SignalHound/cal_files and copy these files to your ‘bad’ PC to the same exact folder, overwriting what is there. ProgramData is a hidden folder in case you don’t see it.Ensure the Spike software is closed when making this copy. Let me know if this resolves your issue.
Regards,
A.J.
asteraledParticipantHi Andy,
this resolved the issue, thank you for help, best regards!
Bernhard
jmackParticipantI had the exact same problem with a 2nd PC. Copying the cal files solved the issue. Thanks !
