facotlParticipantHello,
Is there any way to do EMI pre qualifications measures like quasi peak measure ?
Thank you.
AndrewModeratorHi facotl,
In our last software update, we added 6dB bandwidth RBWs, which are commonly used in EMC/EMI measurements. We currently offer only basic spectrum analysis measurements and not the EMC features people expect, such as segmented sweeps (sweep lists), peak tables, quasi-peak detectors, etc. We may have something for BB60 users in the near future, but the SA44B and its software image rejection do not make it well suited for EMC measurements.
If you have further questions, let me know.
Regards,
A.J.
facotlParticipantHi Andrew,
Even if it’s not well suited, a coarse measure should be very helpful.
DDRParticipantFor EMC precompliance measurements, how about the efficiency of using SA44B instead of BB60C?
AndrewModeratorDhivagar,
We recommend the use of the BB60C over the SA44B for pre-compliance measurements.
Regards
