Regarding the new pulse analysis plugin for Spike, does it support comparative measurements between two or more channels?
From what can be gathered by the information you’ve supplied, pulses can be compared to reference signals, but it doesn’t say if those are predefined or streaming on a different channel.

In pulse analysis, the reference signals would be predefined, either from a previous capture or separately.
You can examine the phase and amplitude delta between PCR channels in our multi-channel mode. We have talked about expanding this feature set (for both pulse analysis and multi-channel mode).
