DDRParticipantHow to measure IP2 & IP3 using the SPIKE and our spectrum analyzers?
Is there any limitations and consideration.
AndrewModeratorDhivagar,
Our software does not perform automatic IP2/IP3 measurements. They will need to be performed manually in the standard sweep measurement mode. We specify IP2/IP3 for the SM200 and provide typical values for the BB60C. You measurement may be limited by the performance of our receivers.
Regards,
Andrew
DDRParticipantThanks Andrew, can you please give me one example on how to calculate manually, because one of our customer is interested in doing this.
Justin CrooksModeratorKeysight has a good IP3 guide: https://www.keysight.com/upload/cmc_upload/All/ENA_IMD_Measurement_Summary.pdf
VolkerParticipantI think there is no need to automatically calc IP3 or IP2. But for documentation it would be very nice to have a display field with a title where you can do marker math and place some comments
