Dear Andrew,
We try to use a third party software to connect to our BB60C analyzers. The 3rd party software requires the BB60C calibration files “.tep” and “.bin” files to run.
Could you please send us the calibration files for our BB60C; the serial numbers are:
21313056 and
18353744.Thank you in advance for your support.

The .tep and .bin files are specifically for the SA44/SA124 series devices, not the BB60. The BB60C does not place the calibration files on the PC at any point, and as a result the 3rd party software should not need any calibration files. I would contact the 3rd party software developer and ask them about this.
