SM200A RF Input Connector

I’m curious about the choice of connector for the RF input on the SM200A. Is it just a normal type-N connector or a precision type-N connector? It appears the typical type-N connector is rated for use up to 11 GHz, and the precision type-N connector is rated up to 18 GHz. I know the laboratory grade connectors used on some of the “big box” analyzers can get quite expensive, but I was wondering how much of a difference in actual RF performance there is and what the reason for using N on the SM200A was (beyond being more economical, although that’s a big reason).
