Spikes after firmware update on BB60A

I updated the BB60A with firmware version 5. After power up the spectra looks like the picture below. Any ideas? Did the FW update go bad?

The second picture shows a CW signal at 500MHz at 0dBm input. The spikes are almost as big as the input signal and the input signal shows -18 dBm not 0dBm. Everything worked before the FW update.

How to re flash to version 4
