sxb7510ParticipantHello,
I’m running Spike x64 on an old server running windows 7 x64 with an SA-44B.
Whenever I start the spike software, it is able to connect to the SA but the center display does not show up (I don’t see the graph), it just shows the background of my desktop. All other functionality is there, I can even hover over the “background” and see the correct frequency and dB readings on the bottom of the screen.
Does Spike need any other software to function correctly? ActiveX, Java, etc?
When I close spike, windows errors and brings up a window to force close SPIKE because it did not close properly.
I don’t have this issue on my Laptops running the same distribution of Windows.
Thanks
sxb7510ParticipantI’ve attached screenshots of the software display and error when I close.
My background is a plain black screen.Attachments:

AndrewModeratorHello sxb7510,
This behavior is due to the graphics card not meeting the recommended minimum. For the Spike software we specify a graphics card with OpenGL 2.0 support at minimum. If you look up your GPU model you might be able to find information about it, and maybe updated drivers. Otherwise Spike will be unable to run on this PC. I apologize for the inconvenience.
