SA44A BLE Menu Greyed out

Sorry for the dumb question but I have the SA44A and the BLE Demod option is greyed out. From what I can tell the SA44A will let me demod BLE. What am I doing wrong or is this feature just not available. Thanks

The bandwidth on the SA44 is too narrow to demodulate BLE. BLE1M requires ~1MHz of bandwidth, and the SA44 has at most 250kHz of instantaneous bandwidth.

Our BB60 would be the most affordable spectrum analyzer that is capable of making these measurements.

Thanks Andrew – that’s what I was thinking. I don’t have the budget for BB60 – I’ll look for a refurb and maybe I’ll get lucky. Jeff
