The peak value indicated in SPIKE was lower than the input Value, so SelfTest was carried out.
As a result, Fail was indicated by 2 points. (Attachment picture referring)
Is repair or proofreading necessary to go back up normally?It is another question.
Two peak waveforms are displayed on the both sides of input signal.
