The “connecting devie..” box comes up, the program screen comes up regularely, but immediately crashes ” The program has stopped working…”

Versione SO: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1As far as I understood the problem seems to be a compatibility with video card.
The Video card is on-board Q35 and my SA44B is fully working on another PC (same OS but , of course, different video card) .
I tried to update the video card drivers (in reality it was just the accelerator installation) but it was even worse and the Spike crashed immediately !.
De-installing the accelerator at least I can see the start page..
I tried to use an old software found in the legacy menu but even that doesn’t start.

Depending on the video card, it is possible Spike will not be able to run on the PC. If you have the latest video video driver and it still doesn’t work, then either the GPU doesn’t have the required architecture or the driver isn’t compatible. Sometimes you might have to go direct to the GPU manufacturer to find the latest driver.
