chetferryParticipantI am the proud owner of a brand new BB60C. I am loving it and it is a great tool for me. My operating system is Windows 10 64 bit. I have a high resolution screen on my computer (3840 x 2160). It seems the Spike software is not scaling well for my computer screen. All the text and menus are so tiny, I can barely see them. I know a work around it to dumb down my display resolution to 1920 x 1080. But this solution is quite sub optimal for many other applications I am running at the same time. Is there any way to change the fonts and icon sizes? I am not a young engineer, and my eyes are not as good as they used to be. These higher resolution screens (4K) are becoming more mainstream now. Is there a way to change some setting in Spike to enlarge the text and icons? If not, are there any plans to do a better job of scaling for high resolution screens in the future? If you need a beta tester for a newer version that fixes this issue, I’m willing. Thanks.
AndrewModeratorHi chetferry,
We are aware of these issues. This is something we want to address but haven’t set aside time for yet. I apologize for the inconvenience.
