Do you support any device that was bought on EBay. I have purchased an SA44B with S/N 20540136 and Ver 2.03. I was just inquiring as to a firmware update for this device. Is it possible to send it to your company for updating. Also I live in Vancouver, Canada and ask if there is a company that can do it here in Canada.

Email support@signalhound.com with this exact question. There might be some files we can send you via email to do the update. Ensure you send the S/N with your email, we will have to ensure your device is eligible for the update. We can also calibrate the device (current price is 100 USD) and we could update the firmware in the process. Look forward to your email.
