Phase noise measurements license error for SCPI commands

I have a phase noise measurement setup with PN400. I can run spectrum analysis and phase noise measurements via Spike software without an issue.

When I try to run the measurements via SCPI commands, it works properly for the spectrum analysis mode.

Whenever I run one of the phase noise mode commands, it creates a license error in the error log. But I have a valid license and it works with Spike interface.

“-8, Unlicensed feature, Required license not found”

The license status is active. I have refreshed the license but nothing has changed.
