iker.redondoParticipantI have istalled a VSG25A in some Test bench in a production environment. I have not installed the spike software, the system Works only with the dll library called from LabView.
it Works fine. But every time the operators switches the system on, the VSG25A module does not generate any RF signal and it does not give me any error output. It starts working once the USB cable is unpluged and pluged it again.
But I cant automatice this operation.
It happens in all the machines. Does exist any way to avoid this problema or replug the USB by software?thank you very much.
Justin CrooksModeratorIker,
Unfortunately, the VSG25A must be powered on after the computer is booted to work properly. You should be able to find a USB 2.0 hub that can be remotely powered down and back on. This may be the best workaround. I apologize for the inconvenience.- AuthorPosts
