Some issues about measure Phase Noise using Spike and LabView

I am a new developer.
This picture is I want to measure Phase Noise.
I am not sure this software(Spikes software) can do it(Phase Noise).
I using Markers function.(Spikes software)
The first step I click (Peak Search) button.
The second steps I click (To Center) button.
I am not sure this(set Freq) function is working.
Because I set Freq 1kHZ than click Delta button.The Wave show delta is 0HZ.I need to adjust from the peek sign to nearby 1khz position.This way I am not sure is right.

Another question is I want to test Phase Noise by using LabView.
But I don’t know how to calculate.
