AnonymousInactiveHi!
I have just installed the Spike_x64 (Windows 10) software at first time and have got the following message:“Unable to connect to the internet or unable to find the necessary calibration file on the internet during initialization. Ensure your PC has an internet connection and try again. If it is connected to the internet and you are still receiving this message, please contact Signal Hound”
My SA44B S/N: 11310110
Placing of the old file “D11310110.bin” from the “C:\Program Files (x86)\Signal hound\” into the “C:\ProgramData\SignalHound\cal_files\” directory helps to connect the Spike software with the SA44B but there is no spectrum in the window and i have got a message: “Warning: Signal Level Higher Than Ref Level”
AndrewModeratorAlexey,
Please email support at signalhound dot com as well as beau at signalhound dot com and ask for the .bin and .tep files for your serial number. You will need to place both of these files into the folder you mentioned. I believe this will solve your problem.
Regards,
