reclaudio@alma.itParticipantWhile the unit works with Spyke , I was not able to use HDSDR .
I installed v2.70 , I put the Extio.dll and other files needed in the same folder of HDSDR.exe .HDSDR starts but don’t see in the input the device.
I tried also without success to run HDSDR in compatibility mode for W7 and/or Administrator .
I tried also v.2.75 that allows to see and to launch the Extio.dll of the BB60C without success .
The System of the PC correctly see the BB&=C device as USB , on the other hand it works with Spyke.
My PC is a totally new HP I7 W10 bought for using it with BB60C.
I have a W7 PC , but with I5 , not usable with BB60C, not having USB3 and enough computational power .
I also found that BBC60C with Spyke doesn’t demodulate signals at zero span with the “Audio Player “at frequencies for instance of 1 MHz , while it does for instance at 100 MHz .Thank you for your support to solve this hurdles .

joeqsmithParticipantI had installed 2.70 along with their latest support files and it has worked flawlessly. I am also using Windows 10 Pro. Strange.
reclaudio@alma.itParticipantHello Joe .
Thank you for your message .
I have just finished now to solve by the chanche this hurdle. I Have W10 Pro too .Having an old SA44, I have tried it , installing the drivers and the Extio and dll files for it in the same directory of HDSDR.exe. SA44 worked with HDSDR. I tried again BB60C , HDSDR asked me what Extio.dll I would like to use , I selected the one for BB60C and it worked . I also tried it with HSDR 2.75 and it worked too .I have installed V.3.14 of Spyke and seen good improvements , but still lot of GUI problems ( truncating numbers and labels ) and still this problem :”I also found that BBC60C with Spyke doesn’t demodulate signals at zero span with the “Audio Player “at frequencies for instance of 1 MHz , while it does for instance at 100 MHz .”
I will report graphically asap what are the problems for help in debugging 🙂 .

AndrewModeratorHello Claudio,
If you are able, send me some pictures of the graphical issues you are seeing in Spike. You can email me at aj@signalhound.com. I will see if there is anything I can do to help. Also, if you have any pictures or descriptions of the zero-span issues you are having at 1MHz, include those too. I look forward to your email.
I am glad you were able to get HDSDR working.
Regards,
