HDSDR not working with BB60C

While the unit works with Spyke , I was not able to use HDSDR .
I installed v2.70 , I put the Extio.dll and other files needed in the same folder of HDSDR.exe .HDSDR starts but don’t see in the input the device.
I tried also without success to run HDSDR in compatibility mode for W7 and/or Administrator .
I tried also v.2.75 that allows to see and to launch the Extio.dll of the BB60C without success .
The System of the PC correctly see the BB&=C device as USB , on the other hand it works with Spyke.
My PC is a totally new HP I7 W10 bought for using it with BB60C.
I have a W7 PC , but with I5 , not usable with BB60C, not having USB3 and enough computational power .
I also found that BBC60C with Spyke doesn’t demodulate signals at zero span with the “Audio Player “at frequencies for instance of 1 MHz , while it does for instance at 100 MHz .
