Found the phase noise. Seems within your spec. Drift looks well within spec but would really like to lock it to an external source.

For others, it was suggested that the problem is with the USB controller. The Asus is using a Fresco Logic FL1000. I saw no improvement after updating to the latest drivers. My next attempt will be to run the hardware on a new PC.
