Dave DybasParticipantIn have recently installed Win 10 on my Laptop and Desktop computers. I’ve downloaded the latest drivers for Spike as well as the Spike Software. When I start up Spike, the software shows that it is trying to connect to the SA-44B, but after about 5 seconds it tells me the software in not responding and wants me to close out.
I do see the SA-44B in my Devices list in Win 10….and it only shows there when it is plugged in.
I am able to run the old Signal Hound software, but would prefer to use Spike.
Any ideas on what is causing my problem ?

I haven’t seen the software crash in this way before. I can email you several troubleshooting ideas.
