Spike and SA124A not working :((((

After trying Spike software, I found that I’m not able to set it to work. trying in the following sequence:
1 change span to de desired one (say 20Mhz)
2 set center frequency (as example 400 MHz)
after this changes, the program holds still and looses communication with the SA, forcing me to close the program.
Please note that using the “old” program that came with my unit (SignalHound v2.18B), everything works without problems.
I’m not Shure if this is an issue with this model, so I’ll appreciate any advice to solve this problem.

I apologize for the issues. I believe you will need to update the firmware on the device before it can be used with Spike. Send me an email at aj@signalhound.com and I will send you a link to the firmware update tool.
