CraigParticipantI have run into an issue where the application window of Spike is whited out over remote desktop. The hope was to run this piece of equipment over a server and have users remote to access it along with a suite of other equipment in the rack.
After doing some digging around online it seems that this application might be searching for a monitor and when it can’t find one, it disables the output to the application window? Note: I can’t see the menu bar but I can access menu options through it.
Can someone from signalhound confirm if this is a known issue or if I am potentially mistaking the root cause?
If this is the issue, is there a way to disable this feature?

Hi Craig,
This is a known issue. Remote desktop doesn’t support OpenGL which is used by our application to render some of the plots. There is some workarounds, see this thread,
