Okay…thanks….talking about Trigger….
seems when I start the single cycle with Trigger activated, it doesn’t Trigger once if the Signal won’t fit into the sweep time…so many times I see only the end captured…But I will try now anyway to record it and see if I can find a suitable Software for graphing the binary or CSV data…

So no danger when connecting it to DC causing some spikes to damage the input. Guess the attenuator is then needed for this.

Happened when VMWare wasn’t in the foreground….guess otherwise it can’t keep up with the USB data stream….

My intention is to use the SA44B locally with an Intel NUC i5 machine running Win8.1 Pro….so only occasionally I would take it with me with my Macbook…
Just wanted to note that behavior if it wasn’t detected upfront…
Tomorrow I will do some more testing with this great device….as I finally took it home to my lab where it belongs 😉
