SA44 no measurements on screen

Hi,
I use a SA44 together with Spike. On 2 PCs it is working fine.
I tried it on a freshly setup laptop with W7. The SW starts and finds the SA44, but I see no measurements in the middle of the screen.
Any driver missing?
