* Bug fix: Fix intermittent LO unlock issues at ~9.8GHz and ~19.6GHz.

* Bug fix: Specific RBW/VBW/Sweep time combinations caused hangs on sweeps.
* Now linearly interpolating phase correction data. Removes discrete steps in
  the phase offset across frequency when performing phase coherent measurements
  on the shared LO.

* The fast retune functions can now be called while a sweep is active.
